Assassin's Creed II Review

the word is: WOW!
Yes you may quote me on that. The first Assassin's Creed was a little ambiguous about the story. What was what and for what purpose was difficult to tell. But now we discover that all is for a purpose. Back in another more advanced animus, you take the role of Ezio, during the Renaissance Period of Italy, and this time you learn the skills and tactics to kill as Ezio learns them too. Forgot to tell you, at the present time you are Desmond Miles, helped by the blond assassin Lucy Stillman. I think I see a romantic thing between those two in future episodes of AC. Now you are running from Abstergo and by the end of this game you get to kick some Abstergo ass as you try to escape the warehouse you're in to end this nice game. Basically, Abstergo are the Templar and you have to find some old power relics before Templar do, so that you could save the world. As it turns out, if you discover the "Truth" video, you realize that Adam and Eve where in fact escaping some high tech facility with an apple - a really awesome power apple. So, maybe the creators of this world had different plans for us, or not. The Templar wants to enslave the world, the assassins want to free and save the world. The "Creators/gods/aliens/Minerva" want to save it through these objects. Oh goody, they are collectibles.

This is a very long action game. So beware if you plan to play it, to take some time off work, girlfriend or other stuff ;)). The cities are great, very detailed. Side quest are not that hard. I can't decide between Prince of Persia and AC.Make friends with Leonardo DaVinci. Kiss some broads. Some cool options to hide, avoid, travel, fly, fight, kill.
