This horror movie doesn't loose any time. It appears that there is an ancient virus transforming the kids here in the wild in possessed carnivore humans with pointing teeth mad, and infected, urged to kill and deliver victims, like young girls, to a strange beast to rape them with what it looks like a huge old alien blue penis. One of the chicks survives, because she is the smart and nice one. She fight off the others, the huge thing in a the cave, and gets to live another day, the end. It's a flick anyway, so you can forget this film after seeing it: Primal who...?
