Paranormal Activity was awesome, Paranormal Activity 2 was less awesome. This time around the events take place a few months before the first event. It takes place in the related sister's house. The ghost who we do not talk about takes life in this house, terrorize the family the usual way, noises, moving objects, sounds, shadows and moving doors. The thing is, this time it was more elaborated, even the possession. There were cameras in several rooms, aside from the hand camera. I guess this type of movies, need more suspense, more tension in order to get a good scare. But in this one they started toying with the objects more, with the talk not so much, and what's with the spirit game. It appears every time. This one was less believable, less real, and so it didn't raised to it's full potential. It showed how this family died, it showed more and left the viewer less guessing and more bored, thinking that we could do it our self with some ropes, drums and lights will do some good amateur home made movies of our own. Well, it is related to the first movie and it does get you a better comprehension of the ghost and how it manifests. Over all, see this movie at home, and don't expect the scares from the first one. It lacks the principle "less is more". They did this movie just to still some money from you, in case you liked the first one.
